电网企业创新成果与技术标准作用机理研究

Research on the Mechanism of Innovation Achievements and Technical Standards of Power Grid Enterprises

企业创新成果和技术标准互为表里,科技成果是技术标准的原料,技术标准则反作用于企业科技创新成果的发展。在电网企业创新成果转化为技术标准的过程中,电网企业应该始终发挥主体作用,成为实现创新成果转化为技术标准的桥梁。本文在梳理电网企业创新成果和技术标准之间现有关系的基础上,针对电网企业创新成果分类和技术标准相互作用的机理进行研究,并为电网企业加快创新成果转化提出意见和建议。

Enterprise innovation achievements and technical standards mutually support each other. Scientific,and technological achievements are the raw materials of technical standards, and technical standards promote the development of enterprise scientific and technological innovation achievements. In the process of transforming innovation achievements of power grid enterprises into technical standards, power grid enterprises should always play a dominant role, serving as a bridge to realize the transformation of innovation achievements into technical standards. On the basis of the existing relationship between the innovation achievements of power grid enterprises and technical standards, this paper conducts research on the interaction mechanism between the classification of innovation achievements of power grid enterprises and technical standards, and puts forward opinions and suggestions for the power grid enterprises to accelerate the transformation of innovation achievements.
