国外标准化新战略背景下中国标准化国际合作发展路径的研究

Research on the Development Path of China Standardization International Cooperation in the Context of New Foreign Standardization Strategies

本文分别从国际、区域和发达国家层面,通过对ISO、CEN、ANSI等迭代更新的国外标准化战略进行研究,归纳总结各战略中国际合作共性发展趋势,对未来潜在的中国标准化国际合作新组织、新领域和新机遇做出预判,并据此提出对策建议,以期为我国标准化国际合作发展路径提供参考借鉴。

This paper studies the updated standardization strategies of ISO, CEN, ANSI and etc. from the international, regional and country levels, and summarizes the development trend of international cooperation strategies in common. It also predicts the potential partners, fields and opportunities for China’s standardization international cooperation in the future, and proposes suggestions for the development path of China’s standardization international cooperation.
