中国标准视听作品号ISAN国家标准研究

Research on China ISAN National Standard

自2009年《中国标准视听作品号》(GB/T 23730.1-2009,GB/T 23730.2-2009)推荐性国家标准发布以来,网络视听产业还未发现实际应用该标准的案例。在互联网飞速发展的今天,视听作品已成为推动文化交流、丰富大众娱乐生活的主力军。准确标识视听作品可保障其自创作发行之日起,便可准确记录流转过程,为网络视听产业的高质量发展提供途径。本文将在研究我国ISAN编码标准文本的基础上,对比国际ISAN编码的实施情况以及我国视听作品现行的管理方式等内容,讨论ISAN标准的推行障碍,探索我国视听作品编码体系的建立路径。

Since the publication of the voluntary national standards, GB/T 23730.1-2009 and GB/T 23730.2-2009 in 2009,the standards have not been applied in the net casting audio-visual industry. With the rapid development of the Internet,audio-visual works have become the main force to promote cultural exchanges and enrich public entertainment life.Accurate identification of audio-visual works can ensure that the circulation process accurately recorded from the date of creation and distribution, which providing a way for the high-quality development of net casting audio-visual industry.Based on the research of Chinese ISAN standard text, this paper compares the implementation of international ISAN standard and the current management mode of audio-visual works in China, for discussing the implementation obstacles of ISAN standard, and exploring the establishment path of Chinese audio-visual works coding system.
