摘要
利用有限元软件建立智慧城市多功能标志标牌杆模型,分析获得相应的模型内力及位移。以实际道路交通应用中常见的双挑臂标志标牌杆为例,加以相同的智能化模块组合,根据其标牌大小的不同进行对比分析,从应力比、位移及造价多方面进行比较分析。研究结果显示,智慧城市多功能标志标牌杆随着标牌面积的增大,风荷载作用下位移增加幅度增大,当标志牌面积较小时,杆件承载力极限状态起到控制作用;随着标志牌面积增大,除应控制杆件应力比外,同时应关注风荷载作用下杆件位移是否满足挂载设备性能需求。通过改变钢材型号、杆件壁厚、杆件直径来控制应力比;通过改变杆件壁厚、杆件直径来控制位移。在多个可能方案中结合造价经济性从而选取最优方案。
This paper analyzes and obtains the corresponding internal force and displacement of the model by useing finite element software.It takes the common double arm signage pole as an example,adds the same intelligent module combination,analyzes the size of the sign,compares the stress ratio,displacement and cost.The research results showed that as the area of the sign increased,the displacement increased under the wind load.When the area of the sign was small,the limit state of the pole’s bearing capacity played a control role;the area of the sign increased,except for controlling the stress ratio of the rods,attention should be paid to whether the displacement of the rods under the wind load met the performance requirements of the mounted equipment.The stress ratio could be controlled by changing the steel type,the wall thickness of the pole,and the diameter of the pole;the displacement was controlled by changing the thickness of the rod and the diameter of the rod.Combined the cost to select the best solution among multiple possible solutions.
