灞河富水砂层条件下盾构选型及下穿施工关键技术研究 被引量:4

摘要 针对西安地铁14号线盾构下穿灞河富水砂层复杂地层条件易发生盾构机磨损、地层沉降及地层适应性低导致的施工工效降低等问题,论文对下穿灞河盾构类型进行比选研究,通过渗透系数、地层颗粒级配、地下水压、施工效率等方面的综合对比,确定了土压平衡盾构方案,并在此基础上进行了刀盘改造及刀具配置优化。与此同时,针对下穿施工过程中存在喷涌、盾尾漏水漏浆等问题进行总结分析,并提出针对性措施,结论可为类似工程提供参考。 Under the complex stratum conditions of the shield tunneling through the water-rich sand layer of Ba River in Xi’an Metro Line 14,it is easy to occur the problems such as shield machine wear,stratum settlement and low adaptability of stratum,etc.This paper compares and selects the type of shield underpass Ba River.Through the comprehensive comparison of permeability coefficient,stratum particle distribution,underground water pressure and construction efficiency,the scheme of earth pressure balance shield is determined.On this basis,the cutter head is reformed and the tool configuration is optimized.At the same time,the problems such as gushing,shield tail leakage and slurry leakage in the process of underpass construction are summarized and analyzed,and corresponding measures are put forward.The conclusions can provide reference for similar projects.
