摘要
伴随着城市轨道交通网络的建设和发展,地铁逐渐出现在各大城市的交通网络当中。地铁作为当前人们日常出行的首选交通工具之一,不仅具有便捷舒适的特点,还能够对地铁沿线的经济发展起到一定的促进作用。论文以地铁车辆段上盖为主要研究对象,在对地铁车辆段上盖开发的内容和形式、房地产项目开发管理的作用进行研究之后,着重分析了地铁车辆段上盖房地产项目的开发和管理措施,旨在促进我国城市经济的进一步发展。
With the construction and development of urban rail transit network,subway gradually appears in the traffic networks of major cities.The subway is one of the preferred transportation tools for people’s daily travel,which not only has the characteristics of convenience and comfort,but also plays a certain role in promoting the economic development along the subway.This paper takes the subway depot superstructure as the main research object.After studying the content and form of subway depot superstructure development and the role of real estate project development and management,it emphatically analyzes the development and management measures of subway depot superstructure real estate project,aiming at promoting the further development of urban economy in China.
