The working principle,structural characteristics and use status of the continuous swing bed,continuous steel crawler and continuous mesh belt three kinds of pass-through shot blasting machines have been introduced in the text.Currently most of the casting shot blasting machines are independent and intermittent production methods,which has the disadvantages of high logistics cost,low cleaning efficiency,and time-consuming labor.The continuous pass-through shot blasting machine is suitable for online and continuous production.It can not only realize the automation of the production process of online production of castings but also improve production efficiency and the working environment while reduce the number of operators.The cleaning speed of the continuous pass-through shot blasting machine can be adjusted,so it can adapt to various changes in production cycle and production efficiency.
