A technological treatment plan for the application of wet rubbing,grinding and washing of used sodium silicate casting sand has been described,which can be applied to small and medium-sized casting companies for wet regeneration treatment of the used sand produced by sodium silicate sand casting.Thus in this way,the cost has been reduced and the comprehensive benefits of resource reuse has been promoted.
