球墨铸铁中冷器座管铸造工艺研究

摘要 介绍了球墨铸铁中冷器座管结构特点及其质量要求,重点论述了通过对分型面、砂芯分块、芯撑结构、冷铁设计和浇注系统合理选择的铸造工艺,运用防错技术提高铸件尺寸精度,消除热节部位的缩孔缩松缺陷,达到简化操作,提高产品质量的目的。 The structural characteristics and quality requirements of the seat tube of the ductile iron intercooler have been introduced.The casting process through the rational selection of the parting surface,sand core block,core support structure,chilled iron design and pouring system has been mainly discussed.The anti-error technology has been adopted to improve the dimensional accuracy of the castings and eliminate the shrinkage cavity&porosity defects of the hot joints,in order to achieve the purpose of simplifying the operation and improving the quality of the product.
