信息化是将以计算机为核心的智能自动化设备工具集成,形成一个自上而下、有组织的网络体系。以广西玉柴缸盖制芯中心为例,介绍了缸盖制芯中心的设备构成与布置,描述了制芯中心各设备如何组成信息化网络以及其信息传递过程,同时阐述了RFID和机器人技术在制芯过程的应用,探讨了制芯中心建设过程的问题及建议。

Informatization is the integration of computer-centric intelligent automation equipment tools to form a top-down,organized network system.Taking Guangxi Yuchai Cylinder Head Core Making Center as an example,the equipment composition and layout of the cylinder head core making center have been introduced,and the way for each equipment in the core making center to form an information network as well as its information transmission process have been described.At the same time,the application of RFID and robotics technology in the core-making process has been elaborated.The problems and suggestions of the core-making center construction process have been discussed.
