摘要
差速器壳体是常见的球墨铸铁件产品,该类产品两端法兰根部热节大,凝固过程中极易形成缩松缺陷,废品率极高。通过对前期工艺进行分析和总结,在原工艺基础上将侧冒口改为顶冒口,增大冒口补缩能力,通过合理设计浇注系统截面积分布,有效降低顶注过程中的冲砂问题;同时提高铁水冶金质量,解决了差速器壳体的缩松、气孔等缺陷,降低了该铸件的废品率。
The differential housing is a common ductile iron product.This type of product has large heat joints at the roots of the flanges at both ends,and it is easy to form shrinkage defects during the solidification process,and the rejection rate is extremely high.Through the analysis and summary of the previous process,on the basis of the original process,the side riser has been changed to the top riser to increase the feeder’s feeding capacity,and the cross-sectional area distribution of the gating system has been rationally designed to effectively reduce the sand washing problem during the top injection process.At the same time,the metallurgical quality of molten iron has been improved,while the defects such as shrinkage and porosity of the differential housing have been solved,and the rejection rate of the casting has been reduced.
