The paper analyzes the development elements of building a science and technology service platform of distributed resource sharing and service collaboration in China,such as advanced technology,service system and professionals,combined with the current situation of the development of science and technology service mode at home and abroad.Put forward some suggestions on improving the development elements of science and technology service platform for developing distributed resource sharing and service collaboration in China.
