摘要
通过对功率传感器校准因子自动校准方法的研究,针对功率调节过程由于超调导致的振荡问题,本文提出了一种基于增量式PID控制的功率传感器校准因子自动校准方法,详细阐述了增量式PID控制的原理,编写了自动测试方案,并通过实验验证了相对于传统手动校准方法在测量效率、测量稳定性方面的改进,实现功率传感器校准因子自动、快速、稳定校准。
Through the study of power sensor calibration factor automatic calibration method, in order to solve the oscillation due to overshoot in the process of power regulation problem, the paper proposes a power sensor calibration factor based on the incremental PID control automatic calibration method, in detail elaborated the incremental PID control principle, write the automatic test scheme, and comparation with the traditional manual calibration method was verified through the experiment in measuring efficiency and stability improvement, to realize automatic power sensor calibration factor quick stable calibration.
