摘要
在实验室的日常检测中,电子天平是使用较为频繁的仪器设备,其正常运行是保证数据准确有效的前提。为保证实验室内电子天平显示数据的可信度,使用检定合格的50g和200g标准砝码在SartoriusⅠ级电子天平上进行重复称量,并通过计算测量不确定度作为其期间核查是否合格的判定依据。经过核查,结果表明,该电子天平核查合格,可继续开展测量工作。
In the daily test of the laboratory, the electronic scale is a frequently used instrument, and its normal operation is the guarantee to ensure the accuracy and effectiveness of data. In order to ensuring the reliability of the data which displayed on the electronic scale, qualified 50 g and 200 g standard weights were used for weighing on the SartoriusⅠ electronic scale repeatedly. The messurement uncertainty was calculated as the judgment basis for checking whether this electronic scale was qualified. After checking, the results show that the electronic scale was qualified, and can continue to use normally.
