振动舱室物理环境持续暴露影响脑力作业状态的回归模型

摘要 为探索振动舱室物理环境对脑力作业状态的影响特征,利用模拟舱室并控制其操作温度、噪声、振动,采用正交试验方法测试体能相近的青壮年脑力作业受试者持续暴露2 h的工作绩效及相关生理、心理参数。对测试数据进行方差分析,提取受环境因素影响显著的参数——心率、耳膜温度、血氧饱和度、工作热情及神经行为能力指数,对这些参数进行因子分析得到可反应受试者作业状态的综合指标,并采用多元线性回归方法构建了舱室操作温度与青壮年脑力作业状态综合评价指标之间的数学模型,经分析检验,回归模型具有统计学意义和实用意义。研究成果可为提高振动舱室青壮年脑力作业者工效保护、优化舱室环境控制提供参考。 This paper intends to explore the combined effects of the operating temperature,noise and vibration on the working performance of the young staff members mainly engaged in mental work in the vibration cabin.For this purpose,we have managed to arrange the experiment through an orthogonal test.The experiments that we have carried out have been done in a simulated climatic cabin at the operating temperatures individually and separately of 26 ℃,33 ℃,37 ℃,with the noise made at 50 dB,70 dB,85 dB specifically,at the vibration frequency in the Z direction of 10 Hz,12 Hz,14 Hz(acceleration 1.37 m/s^(2)).The experiment has recruited 13 young male subjects with similar physical capabilities to work continuously for 2 hours in the simulated cabin.During the test,the subjects were required to complete 10 neurobehavioral tests to be applied as mental workloads,the related physiological and psychological parameters of the subjects were tested at the same time.Through the variance analysis of the tested parameters,we have managed to extract 5 parameters significantly affected by the environmental factors,namely,heart rate,eardrum temperature,blood oxygen saturation,work enthusiasm and neurobehavioral ability index.Then,factor analysis of these parameters was carried out to obtain the comprehensive index reflecting the working status of mental workers.According to the comprehensive score,the mental working status-in-situ of each worker under test can be categorized into 3 states:the normal,the basically normal and the slightly declining.And,finally,the mathematical model among the operation temperature and the working status-in-situ of the mental workers has been gained by using the multiple linear regression method.And,then,through the mathematical tests,the regression model has been endowed with the statistical significance.And,later,the experimental data that have been found from the previous similar research documents to prove the prediction and forecast accuracy of the mathematical model,which proves to be consistent with the conclusion in the literature registrations,testifying that the model we have worked out can help to predict and work out the mental status-in-situ of the newly admitted working staff members in the cabin with the same class of the experimental conditions.Thus,it can be seen that the research results we have gained should be taken as qualified enough to provide a reference for the improvement of the ergonomic protection of the mental workers in the vibration cabin and optimize the control of the cabin environment.
