皖江示范区新型城镇化与生态环境耦合协调及空间分异研究 被引量:14

摘要 在探讨新型城镇化与生态环境交互作用机理的基础上,以皖江示范区2016年新型城镇化与生态环境相关数据为依据,运用熵权法、耦合协调度模型及探索性空间数据分析方法,解析皖江示范区新型城镇化同生态环境的耦合协调度与空间集聚特征。结果表明:1)新型城镇化与生态环境综合发展指数呈现明显的正相关关系,合肥、芜湖两地市新型城镇化综合发展水平较高,其余7地市发展水平较低,总体呈"中间高周边低";合肥、芜湖、马鞍山3地市生态环境综合水平较高,其余6地市发展水平较低,整体呈"西南低-中东部高"。2)新型城镇化与生态环境在整体发展及阶段演化中表现出较高的内部一致性;耦合度呈现较为均衡态势,整体处于高水平耦合阶段。3)新型城镇化与生态环境耦合协调度在空间上呈现弱正相关关系,空间集聚程度不太显著,除合肥处于过度调和类外,其余8个地级市均处于失调衰退类。4)从空间集聚格局来看,两者耦合协调度水平空间集聚特征显著,全局空间自相关性较强,表现为相同属性的随机分布;耦合协调度局部空间自相关规律性明显,虽然不同集聚区在空间演变中均表现出一定的扩张和收缩,但耦合协调度高的城市聚集分布,耦合协调度低的城市分布较为分散。 Based on the discussion of the interaction mechanism of new-type urbanization and ecological environment,the data of new-type urbanization and ecological environment in Wanjiang City Belt in 2016,this paper analyzes the coupling coordination degree and spatial agglomeration characteristics of new-type urbanization and ecological environment in Wanjiang City Belt.This study is conducted with the help of the entropy weight method,coupling coordination degree model,and exploratory spatial data analysis method.The results show that:At first,the comprehensive development index of the new-type urbanization and the ecological environment presents an obvious positive correlation.The comprehensive development level of new-type urbanization in Hefei and Wuhu is relatively high,while the development level of the other seven cities is relatively low,which shows a spatial distribution pattern of “high in the middle and low in the periphery”.Hefei,Wuhu and Ma’anshan have a higher comprehensive level of ecological environment,while the other six cities have a lower level of development,showing a spatial distribution pattern of “low in the southwest and high in the Middle East”.Secondly,the new-type urbanization and ecological environment show a high internal consistency in the overall development and the evolution of the stage.The coupling degree presents a relatively balanced situation,and the whole system is in the stage of high-level coupling.Thirdly,there is a weak positive correlation between the coupling coordination degree of new-type urbanization and ecological environment,and the degree of spatial agglomeration is not significant.Except for Hefei,the other eight prefecture-level cities are in the maladjustment recession category.Fourthly,from the perspective of spatial agglomeration pattern,the coupling coordination degree of new-type urbanization and ecological environment in Wanjiang City Belt has significant spatial agglomeration characteristics,and the global spatial autocorrelation is strong,which shows the random distribution of the same attributes.The local spatial autocorrelation regularity of the coupling coordination degree of new urbanization and ecological environment in Wanjiang City Belt is obvious.Although different agglomeration areas show certain expansion and contraction in the spatial evolution,the urban agglomeration distribution with high coupling coordination degree and the urban distribution with low coupling coordination degree are relatively scattered.
