基于全生命周期理念的快递包装回收利用标准体系构建研究

Research on the Construction of Express Packaging Recycling Standards System Based on the Whole Life Cycle Concept

随着快递行业的快速发展,产生了海量快递包装垃圾,过度包装和包装物循环使用率低下,造成严重的资源浪费和环境污染。本文从标准化的角度,基于全生命周期理念探讨构建涵盖快递包装生产、流通、回收、利用全生命周期低碳化管理的标准体系,并提出标准研制重点方向和标准体系建设实施建议,以满足生产企业、电商平台、物流企业、处理回收企业及消费者各方需求,促进快递行业向低排放、无污染、可循环发展,推进快递包装绿色转型。

With the rapid development of the express delivery industry, a large amount of express packaging waste has been generated, and excessive packaging and low recycling rate of packaging have caused serious waste of resources and environmental pollution. From the perspective of standardization, this paper discusses the construction of a standards system covering the low-carbon management of express packaging production, circulation, recycling and utilization based on the concept of whole life cycle, and puts forward the key direction of standard development and suggestions for standards system construction, so as to meet the needs of producers, e-commerce platforms, logistics enterprises, recycling enterprises and consumers, promote the low-emission, non-pollution and circular development of the express industry, and achieve the green transformation of express packaging.
