摘要
新一代天气雷达数据质量评价作为数据质量管理的一个基础部分,目前缺乏一种定量、系统的评价方法。本文针对天气雷达数据质量评价中存在的问题,首先介绍了我国业务布网的新一代天气雷达观测数据质量目前的情况,确定了需要评价的内容以及评价指标,建立了一种可对天气雷达数据质量进行评价的模型,并阐述了雷达数据质量评价的流程,最后根据评价指标在整体评价中的相对重要程度确定出权重系数,提出评价雷达数据质量综合质量指数,并根据质量指数给出评价等级。
As an important part of data quality management, the data quality assessment of CINRAD lacks a quan-titative and systematic assessment method. To address the problems existing in the quality assessment of weather radar data, this paper introduces the current situation of the observation data quality of the CINRAD, determines the assessment content and indicators, establishes a radar data quality assessment model, and expounds the assessment process of radar data quality. Then,it determines the weight coef-ficient according to the relative importance of the assessment indicators in the whole evaluation system, puts forward the comprehensive quality index of radar data quality, and finally gives the assessment grade according to the quality index.
