摘要
从电子商务平台的海量消费者评论中可以挖掘出很多有价值的信息,对企业、消费者及电子商务平台都有十分重要意义。本文利用电商平台消费者评论信息中涉及的产品实体、故障描述、伤害情形等文本信息进行挖掘及分类,由此构建标产品故障标签体系。通过本文研究可标准化标注产品故障表现,并通过统计产品故障标签频率、严重性等为评价产品安全提供借鉴和参考。
A lot of useful information can be mined from the massive consumer comments on e-commerce platforms, which are of great importance to enterprises, consumers and e-commerce platforms. This paper mines and sorts text information regarding faulty products, faults description and consequential injuries from consumer comments on e-commerce platforms,with a view to building a product fault labeling system. Studies conducted in this paper would help standardize representation of product faults pending labeling, and provide reference for evaluating product safety by counting the labeling frequency and severity of product faults.
