摘要 伴随着工业化、城市化、全球化和信息化的发展,美国国内市场在不同时期呈现出了要素资源充分利用、国内大市场逐步统一、产业竞争力保持优势、自主创新动能强劲、与海外市场联系紧密等显著特征。消费在美国国内市场发展壮大的过程中发挥着推动市场规模扩张、促进生产流通方式变革、激发产品服务创新、增强市场吸引力等作用。借鉴美国消费促进国内市场发展壮大的经验,我国亟需从市场制度、市场环境、产业结构、业态模式、对外开放等方面入手,推动消费全面发展,促进形成强大的国内市场,从而加快构建新发展格局。 As industrialization,urbanization,globalization and informatization progressed,the domestic market of the United States has shown remarkable characteristics in different periods,such as making full use of productive factorial resources,gradually unifying the domestic market,maintaining competitive edge in industries,having high innovation,and contacting closely with overseas markets.In the process of the development of the domestic market,consumption plays a role in promoting the expansion of market scale,promoting the reform of production and distribution mode,stimulating product and service innovation,and enhancing market attraction.Learning from the experience of the US market,China urgently needs to promote the all-round development of consumption for forming a strong domestic market from the aspects of market system,market environment,industrial structure,business model and opening to the outside world,so as to speed up the construction of a“dual circulation”development pattern.
