摘要
血清和糖皮质激素调节激酶1 (SGK1)是丝氨酸/苏氨酸激酶AGC (蛋白激酶A/蛋白激酶G/蛋白激酶C)亚家族的成员,在体内广泛表达,对学习和记忆等认知功能非常重要。树突棘的形成、可塑性和稳定性与学习、记忆等认知功能相关。调节海马和前额叶皮质SGK1表达可介导树突棘及认知功能的改变。基于海马和前额叶皮质SGK1表达水平变化对树突棘和认知功能及相关疾病的影响,现通过对SGK1与树突棘、认知功能及认知功能相关疾病之间的联系与机制进行综述,以期寻找新的治疗认知功能障碍疾病如阿尔茨海默病的有效途径。
Serum/glucocorticoid-regulated kinase 1(SGK1) is a member of the serine/threonine kinase group AGC subfamily(PKA, PKC, PKG), which is widely expressed in vivo and is very important for cognitive functions such as learning and memory. The formation, plasticity and stability of dendritic spines are related to cognitive functions such as learning and memory. Regulation of SGK1 expression in the hippocampus and prefrontal cortex can mediate the changes of dendritic spines and cognitive function. Based on the effects of changes in the expression levels of SGK1 on dendritic spines and cognitive functions and related diseases in the hippocampus and prefrontal cortex, this article reviews the relationship and mechanism between SGK1 and dendritic spines, cognitive functions and cognitive function-related diseases, in order to find a new effective way to treat cognitive dysfunction diseases such as Alzheimer’s disease.
