5S健康管理模式对胃癌化疗患者服药依从性及生活质量的影响

Effects of 5S health management mode on medication compliance and quality of life in patients undergoing gastric cancer chemotherapy

目的探究5S健康管理模式应用于胃癌化疗中对患者服药依从性及生活质量的影响。方法选取2018年1月至2020年9月于西安市中医医院行胃癌化疗患者150例作为研究对象,采用随机数表法分为观察组和对照组,每组75例。对照组患者实施传统护理干预,观察组患者在传统护理干预的基础上引入5S健康管理模式护理干预,两组患者均连续干预1个月。比较两组患者干预前后的希望水平(Herth希望量表)、心理健康[Zung焦虑自评量表(SAS)和Zung抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分]和生活质量评分,同时比较两组患者的服药依从性及护理满意度。结果干预后,观察组患者Herth希望量表中对现实和未来的积极态度、采取积极行动及与他人的亲密关系三个维度评分分别为(13.91±2.97)分、(13.66±2.11)分、(13.73±1.02)分,明显高于对照组的(12.54±2.24)分、(12.38±2.62)分、(11.59±1.27)分,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后,观察组患者的SAS及SDS评分分别为(40.36±4.89)分、(42.01±6.28)分,明显低于对照组的(47.69±5.64)分、(48.54±6.56)分,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的治疗总依从率为90.67%,明显高于对照组的76.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后,观察组患者的总生活质量评分为(81.62±5.36)分,明显高于对照组的(72.86±4.74)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者对护理满意度的各项评分明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论5S健康管理模式应用于胃癌化疗中能有效提升患者的服药依从性及希望水平,改善其心理状态及生活质量。

Objective To explore the effects of 5 S health management mode on medication compliance and quality of life in patients undergoing gastric cancer chemotherapy. Methods A total of 150 patients undergoing gastric cancer chemotherapy in Xi’an Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were enrolled as the research objects between January2018 and September 2020. According to random number table method, they were divided into an observation group and a control group, with 75 patients in each group. The patients in the control group were given traditional nursing intervention,while those in the observation group were given nursing intervention of 5 S health management mode on basis of control group. All the patients were intervened continuously for 1 month. The scores of hope level(Herth Hope Scale), psychological health [Zung’ self-rating anxiety scale(SAS), Zung’ self-rating depression scale(SDS)], quality of life before and after intervention, medication compliance, and nursing satisfaction between the two groups were compared. Results After intervention, scores of positive attitudes towards reality and the future, taking positive actions, and intimacy with others in Herth Hope Scale in the observation group were(13.91±2.97) points,(13.66±2.11) points, and(13.73±1.02) points, significantly higher than(12.54±2.24) points,(12.38±2.62) points,(11.59±1.27) points in the control group(P<0.05). After intervention, SAS and SDS scores in the observation group were(40.36±4.89) points and(42.01±6.28) points, significantly lower than(47.69±5.64) points and(48.54±6.56) points in the control group(P<0.05). The total compliance rate of treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(90.67% vs 76.00%, P<0.05). After intervention, total score of quality of life in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group:(81.62 ± 5.36) points vs(72.86 ± 4.74) points, P<0.05, and scores of nursing satisfaction were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The application of 5 S health management mode in gastric cancer chemotherapy can effectively improve medication compliance, hope level, psychological state, and quality of life.
