摘要
知识付费作为一种新业态蓬勃兴起,如何提高用户粘性、增加复购率已成为知识付费行业急需解决的问题。研究首先在系统梳理相关文献和进行理论分析的基础上,构建了知识付费家长复购意愿评价指标体系。其次,采用三标度层次分析法确定指标权重,对知识付费家长复购意愿进行模糊综合评价,分析了知识付费家长复购意愿的影响因素。最后,根据评价结果对知识付费平台的发展提出了相关建议。
Knowledge payment,as a new form of business,has been booming in recent years.How to improve user stickiness and increase repurchase rate has become an urgent problem to be solved in the knowledge payment industry.Therefore,firstly,based on the systematic combing of relevant literature and theoretical analysis,this study constructed the evaluation index system of parents’repurchase willingness for knowledge payment.Secondly,the three-scale analytic hierarchy process was used to determine the index weight,make a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of parents’repurchase willingness for knowledge payment,and empirically analyze the influencing factors of parents’repurchase willingness for knowledge payment.Finally,according to the evaluation results,according to the evaluation results,this study put forward corresponding suggestions for the development of knowledge payment platforms.
