激光粉末床熔融金属制件孔隙缺陷研究现状 被引量:5

Research progress of pore defects for metal parts manufactured by laser powder bed fusion

摘要 激光粉末床熔融技术因其打印的成形件精度高、表面质量好等优势已在复杂结构件及悬臂结构件的制造中得到了应用,但成形件中存在的孔隙缺陷一定程度上限制了该技术的推广应用。鉴于此,本文从粉末原材料、工艺过程及成形件几何结构等角度综述了成形件孔隙缺陷的形成原因,同时简述了孔隙缺陷的几种常用检测方法、对成形件性能的影响及其控制措施,并在此基础上,提出了孔隙缺陷未来的研究方向。 Laser powder bed fusion has been applied in manufacturing of complicated and cantilever structure due to its relatively high accuracy and good surface quality,but the pore defects within the parts has limited its wider application.This paper summarizes the formation reason of pore defects from the viewpoint of powder feedstock,metallurgical process,and geometric structure of the part,et al,and at the same time,the investigated detecting methods of pore defects at home and abroad are analyzed.Meanwhile,the influence of pores on the properties of the parts and how to effectively reduce or decrease the pore defects is introduced,and on this basis,the future research direction of the pore defects is put forward.
