摘要
关于钙/钙调素依赖性蛋白激酶Ⅱ(CaMKⅡ)在血管平滑肌细胞和血管病变中的作用及机制的研究相对较少。近年来,研究表明CaMKⅡ参与血管平滑肌细胞增殖、迁移、凋亡和收缩等过程,在许多血管疾病如高血压、冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病、肺动脉高压和糖尿病血管病变等的发生和发展中起着重要作用。本文对Ca MKⅡ的结构特性、分型及其在血管平滑肌细胞和血管病变中的作用及机制的研究进展进行综述。
Recently,researches of the effects and mechanism of calcium/calmodulin-dependent proteinaseⅡ(CaMKⅡ)on vascular smooth muscle cells and vasculopathy are relatively few.In recent years,many researches have shown that CaMKⅡis involved in the proliferation,migration,apoptosis and contraction of vascular smooth muscle cells,and plays an important role in the occurrence and development of many vascular diseases such as hypertension,coronary atherosclerotic heart disease,pulmonary hypertension and diabetic vascular disease.This article mainly reviews the structural characteristics,classification,effects and mechanism of CaMKⅡon vascular smooth muscle cells and vasculopathy.
