右美托咪定复合地佐辛对面部整形手术患者血流动力学及术后苏醒的影响 被引量:4

Effects of dexmedetomidine combined with dezocine on hemodynamics and postoperative recovery of patients undergoing facial plastic surgery

摘要 目的探讨右美托咪定复合地佐辛对面部整形手术患者血流动力学及术后苏醒的影响。方法选取2016年12月至2019年12月于本院接受面部整形手术治疗的102例患者,采用随机数字表法分为两组,各51例。对照组采用瑞芬太尼复合丙泊酚麻醉,观察组采用右美托咪定复合地佐辛麻醉。比较两组血流动力学、术后苏醒时间及苏醒期躁动情况。结果麻醉诱导后、术后清醒时,两组RR、HR、MAP比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);麻醉诱导后、切皮时、术后清醒时,观察组RR高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组各个时间点RR、HR、MAP更平稳。观察组苏醒时间(5.12±1.84)min,短于对照组的(8.68±1.77)min,Ramsay镇静评分(3.26±0.53)分,高于对照组的(2.34±0.28)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论面部整形手术患者应用右美托咪定复合地佐辛可维持麻醉期间血流动力学稳定,降低苏醒期躁动程度,缩短苏醒时间,利于患者术后恢复。 Objective To investigate the effect of dexmedetomidine combined with dezocine on hemodynamics and postoperative recovery of patients undergoing facial plastic surgery. Methods A total of 102 patients who underwent facial plastic surgery in our hospital from December2016 to December 2019 were selected and divided into two groups according to random number table method, with 51 cases in each group. The control group was anesthetized with remifentanil combined with propofol, and the observation group was anesthetized with dexmedetomidine combined with dezocine. The hemodynamics, postoperative recovery time and restlessness during recovery period were compared between the two groups.Results after induction of anesthesia and awake postoperatively, the difference in RR, HR and MAP between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05);after induction of anesthesia, skin incision, and awake postoperatively, the RR of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The RR, HR and MAP of the observation group were more stable at each time point. The recovery time of the observation group was(5.12±1.84) min, which was shorter than that of the control group(8.68±1.77) min,and the Ramsay sedation score was(3.26±0.53) scores, which was higher than that of the control group(2.34±0.28) scores, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The use of dexmedetomidine combined with dezocine in patients undergoing facial plastic surgery can maintain hemodynamic stability during anesthesia, reduce the degree of restlessness during the recovery period, and shorten the recovery time,which is conducive to the recovery of patients after surgery.
