氟哌噻吨美利曲辛联合右佐匹克隆治疗失眠伴焦虑的观察

Effect of Flupentixol Melitracen Tablet Combined With Dexzopiclone in Patients With Insomnia and Anxiety

目的分析氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片联用右佐匹克隆对失眠伴焦虑状态患者的临床效果。方法选取2019年7月—2020年7月本院失眠伴焦虑状态患者60例,根据患者就诊序号采用电脑随机数字表法随机分为两组。单一用药组(29例)予以氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片治疗,联合用药组(31例)予以氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片+右佐匹克隆治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果联合用药组总有效率93.55%(29/31),高于单一用药组的68.97%(20/29)(P<0.05)。治疗4、8周后汉密尔顿焦虑量表(Hamilton anxiety scale,HAMA)、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(Pittsburgh sleep quality index,PSQI)评分比较,联合用药组低于单一用药组(P<0.05);与单一用药组比较,联合用药组治疗4、8周后血清5-羟色胺(hydroxy tryptamine,5-HT)、脑源性神经营养因子(brain-derived neurotrophic factor,BDNF)、γ-氨基丁酸(γ-aminobutyric acid,γ-GABA)水平更高(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片联用右佐匹克隆治疗通过调控神经递质含量,有助于提高治疗效果,缓解失眠伴焦虑状态患者睡眠障碍,减轻焦虑情绪,具有一定安全性。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of flupentixol melitracen tablet combined with dexzopiclone in patients with insomnia accompanied with anxiety.Methods A total of 60 patients with insomnia and anxiety in our hospital from July 2019 to July 2020 were selected and randomly divided into two groups according to their serial numbers by computer random number table method.The single drug group(n=29)was treated with flupentixol melitracen tablets,while the combined drug group(n=31)was treated with flupentixol melitracen tablets+dexzopiclone.The therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared.Results The total effective rate in combination group was 93.55%(29/31),higher than 68.97%(20/29)in monotherapy group(P<0.05).Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA)and Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)scores after 4 and 8 weeks of treatment were lower in combination group than in monotherapy group(P<0.05).Compared with monotherapy group,the levels of hydroxy tryptamine(5-HT),brain-derived neurotrophic factor(BDNF)andγ-aminobutyric acid(γ-GABA)in combination group were higher after 4 and 8 weeks(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Fupentixol melitracen tablet combined with dexzopicclone can improve the therapeutic effect by regulating the content of neurotransmitters,alleviate sleep disorders and anxiety in patients with insomnia and anxiety,and has certain safety.
