新生儿病房进行发展性照顾护理模式的效果分析

Analysis of the Effect of Developmental Nursing Mode in Neonatal Ward

目的探讨发展性照顾护理模式在新生儿病房中的临床应用效果。方法回顾性分析本院2018年7月—2019年7月新生儿病房收治的834例新生儿,并且以其作为对照组采取常规的护理模式干预;同时以2019年8月—2020年6月收治的421例新生儿为试验组,采取发展性照顾护理模式干预。观察两组新生儿的每日睡眠时间、母乳摄入量及住院时间差异,比较不同护理模式下新生儿疾病的发生情况,评估家长对护理的满意度。结果试验组新生儿每日睡眠时间、母乳摄入量均明显优于对照组,且住院时间更短;其新生儿感染、病理性黄疸、肺炎、呼吸窘迫综合征发生率为7.13%、5.23%、3.80%、0,均显著低于对照组的38.85%、26.50%、20.98%、1.56%;且试验组新生儿家长对护理的满意度高达99.76%,显著高于对照组的66.67%,组间均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对新生儿实施发展性照顾护理,能有效改善其生活质量,降低医院感染发生率,同时提高护理满意度,值得临床推广使用。

Objective To explore the clinical application effect of developmental nursing mode in neonatal ward.Methods A total of 834 newborns of neonatal ward in our hospital from July 2018 to July 2019 were retrospectively analyzed,and as the control group,routine nursing intervention was adopted.At the same time,421 newborns from August 2019 to June 2020 were selected as the experimental group,and the developmental nursing model was adopted.The differences of daily sleep time,breast milk intake and hospitalization time between the two groups were observed.The incidence of neonatal diseases under two nursing modes was compared,and the satisfaction of parents for nursing was evaluated.Results The daily sleep time and breast milk intake of the experimental group were significantly better than those of the control group,and the hospitalization time was shorter than that of the control group.The incidence rates of neonatal infection,pathological jaundice,pneumonia and acute respiratory distress syndrome were 7.13%,5.23%,3.80%and 0,which were significantly lower than 38.85%,26.50%,20.98%and 1.56%in the control group,and the satisfaction of parents of newborns in the experimental group was 99.76%,which was significantly higher than 66.67%in the control group,and the differences between the two groups were all statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of developmental nursing care for newborns can effectively improve their quality of life,reduce the incidence of nosocomial infection,and improve nursing satisfaction,which is worthy of clinical application.
