摘要
习近平对于社会心态培育和社会心理服务体系建设发表了一系列相关重要论述形成了新时代社会心理服务体系建设的逻辑理路。其中生成逻辑表现在对马克思主义人学思想、中国传统文化的民本思想、中国共产党的“以人民为本”治国理政经验的继承和发扬;发展逻辑体现在战略地位论、价值导向论、发展方向论和政府责任论四个方面的丰富内涵;价值逻辑表现在理论价值层面丰富了马克思主义人学理论的内涵以及实践价值层面促进了民众健康心态培养和获得感的提升、推进共建共治共享社会格局的进程。梳理和研究新时代社会心理服务体系建设的逻辑理路对于贯彻落实相关工作,提升人民健康幸福指数、引导社会和谐发展、推进中国特色社会主义现代化建设具有重要的现实意义。
Xi Jinping has published a series of related important expositions on the cultivation of social mentality and the construction of social psychological service system,which has formed the logic of the construction of social psychological service system in the new era.Among them,the generative logic embodies the inheritance and development of the Marxist humanistic thought,the people-oriented thought of Chinese traditional culture,the experience of the CPC’s“people-oriented”governance;the development logic embodies the rich connotation in four aspects:strategic position theory,value-oriented theory,development direction theory and government responsibility theory;and the value logic enriches Marxist humanistic thought in the theoretical value level.The connotation of thoughtful humanism theory and its practical value level have promoted the cultivation of people’s healthy mentality and the enhancement of their sense of acquisition,and promoted the process of building a shared social pattern.It is of great practical significance to sort out and study the logic of the construction of social psychological service system in the new era for carrying out relevant work,improving people’s health and happiness index,guiding the harmonious development of society and promoting socialist modernization with Chinese characteristics.
