“双碳”背景下分时销售电价时段划分方法研究 被引量:1

摘要 分时销售电价是需求侧管理中最为常见的机制措施。其中,时段划分是分时电价方案制定的基础及重要部分,并将直接影响分时销售电价的实施效果。随着“双碳”背景下以新能源为主体的新型电力系统建设进程的不断加速,特别是风电、光伏等不确定性电源装机比例的阶跃式提升,原有时段划分方法存在的难以激励用户调整用电行为、难以促进新能源消纳等问题逐步凸显。基于此,提出基于净负荷曲线的分时电价时段划分方法,并结合实际算例,验证所提时段划分方法可在“双碳”背景下有效促进新能源消纳,助力新型电力系统建设。 Time-of-use tariff is one the most efficient measures for modern demand side management.It is beneficial to flat the load curve if the peak and valley time periods are partitioned appropriately.With the continuous increase of the installed scale of wind power and photovoltaic,the original time division method are difficult to motivate users to adjust their power consumption behavior and promote the consumption of new energy.Based on this,proposes a new period partition approach based on net load curve,and combined with a practical example,it is verified that the proposed time division method can effectively promote the consumption of new energy and the construction of new power system under the background of double carbon.
