摘要
落地抱杆组塔具有安全可靠、受地形限制较小、机械化程度高、减少高空作业风险等特点。为提升组塔安全水平,国家电网公司在特高压线路工程组塔施工中全面推广落地抱杆。《电力建设工程预算定额(2018年版)》对落地抱杆组塔费用无明确规定。从定额基本原则出发,结合工程实例测算落地抱杆组塔费用,并与常规组塔方案对比,分析影响组塔费用的因素。为特高压施工单位准确测算成本、建设单位控制投资提供依据,也可为定额修编提供参考数据。
Ground derrick for tower erection has the characteristics of safety and reliability,less restriction in terrain,high degree of mechanization,and reduced risk of high-altitude operations.In order to improve the safety level of tower assembly,the State Grid Corporation of China has fully promoted Ground derrick in the construction of UHV transmission lines.《Power Engineering Construction budget quota(2018 edition)》does not clearly stipulate the cost of ground derrick for tower erection.This article starts from the basic principle of quota,and calculates the cost of ground derrick for tower erection based on engineering examples,and compares it with the conventional tower erection plan to analyze the factors that affect the tower erection cost.It provides a basis for the UHV builder to accurately estimate the cost and control the investment of the construction organization.It can also provide reference data for the quota revision.
