摘要
以某火力发电厂除尘器后烟道支架的平移改造为例,介绍钢框架结构平移方案的选型,移位前加固措施、荷载取值、基础、下轨道、截断施工、水平移位、就位连接等关键技术。取消托换结构,直接利用原外露式钢柱脚的底板作为滚轴的受力点。启动时用千斤顶进行顶推,移动时用卷扬机牵引,卷扬机反力装置位于烟囱两侧的混凝土烟道支架柱上,成功地一次性平移到位。结构就位后,为便于施工,将钢柱脚改为外包式,混凝土短柱向上延伸包裹钢柱。对于有混凝土楼板的钢结构支架而言,整体平移方案在技术和经济上都优于拆解重建方案。
Taking structural moving of the flue support of a thermal power plant as an example,this paper introduces the compare on the steel frame structure moving scheme,the key technologies such as strengthening measures,load value,foundation,lower track,truncation construction,horizontal shifting,and in-place connection.Directly use the sole plate of column foot as the force point of the roller,and cancel the underpinning structural system.At start-up with the jack for push,when moving with the roll-up machine traction,the winch machine reverse force device is located on the concrete flue support column on both sides of the chimney,successfully panned to the position.For convenient of construction,concrete column are extended upward to wrap the steel column.For steel frame structure with concrete floor,the overall moving scheme is better technically and economically than the dismantling&reconstruction scheme.
