基于AHP-模糊综合评价法的古镇旅游资源评价——以丽江白沙古镇为例

Evaluation of Ancient Town Tourism Resources Based on AHP Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Method: A Case Study of Baisha Ancient Town in Lijiang

基于AHP(层次分析法)和模糊综合评价法对丽江白沙古镇旅游资源进行评价。结合古镇旅游资源的特色,使用AHP法将要素层细分为资源价值、旅游开发条件与潜力、核心区环境、保护措施等4个方面,选取共20个评价指标,构建了丽江白沙古镇旅游资源评价指标体系,应用AHP和模糊综合评价法开展相关研究。结果表明:丽江白沙古镇的旅游资源总体属于"较好"等级,其中要素层指标中核心区环境为"好"等级,"资源价值""旅游开发条件与潜力"和"保护措施"为"较好"等级。指标层中的历史文化价值、历史真实性、生活延续性等评价因子得分较高,是丽江白沙古镇旅游资源的优势;资源种类丰度、配套设施条件等评价因子则得分较低,是丽江白沙古镇旅游资源的劣势。针对研究结果,提出丽江白沙古镇旅游资源开发的相关建议。综合上述,丽江白沙古镇旅游资源总体较好,资源品质高,有较大开发价值和潜力。

Taking Baisha ancient town in Lijiang as the research object, this paper evaluates its tourism resources based on AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. Combined with the characteristics of ancient town tourism resources, this paper uses AHP method to subdivide the element layer into four aspects: resource value, tourism development conditions and potential, core area environment and protection measures. By selecting a total of 20 evaluation indexes, to construct the ancient town tourism resources evaluation index system of Baisha ancient town in Lijiang, the results show that the tourism resources of Baisha ancient town in Lijiang are in the "better" level as a whole. The core area environment is in the "good" level;the "resource value", "tourism development conditions and potential"and "protection measures" are in the "better" level. In the index layer, the evaluation factors such as historical and cultural value, historical authenticity and life continuity which are the relative advantages, score higher while the evaluation factors such as resource abundance and supporting facilities score lower. According to the research results, this paper puts forward some suggestions on the development of tourism resources of Baisha ancient town in Lijiang. In conclusion, the tourism resources of Baisha ancient town in Lijiang are generally good, with great development value and potential.
