针对转向架的防腐要求,采用水性环氧富锌底漆喷涂后直接喷涂水性环氧面漆的涂装工艺,但在干燥过程中出现了起泡现象。通过助溶剂和固化剂的调整,漆膜状态良好,未出现任何缺陷。

In view of the anticorrosion of bogie, the waterborne epoxy topcoat was directly sprayed after waterborne epoxy zinc-rich primer was coated. In the drying process, the film defect such as cavitation occurred. The cosolvent and curing agent were modified to form a film with good appearance. The film cavitation is eliminated.
