摘要 传统的卷材涂料主要采用高温热固化工艺,由于固化速度慢、能耗高等缺点,难以满足高效涂装和环保的要求。紫外光固化(UV光固化)是一种环保型的加工技术,与传统热固化相比,UV光固化其有低能耗、低污染、固化速度快、产品性能好等诸多优点,尤其适合自动化生产线的高速涂装。本文将介绍卷材涂料及其涂装的技术特点和工艺要求、UV光固化技术在金属预涂卷材的发展情况和研究进展,并对紫外光固化涂料的特点、主要成分等方面进行了综述,并提出了该技术存在的主要问题和发展方向。 Traditional coil coatings mainly adopt thermal curing process, however, the process is characterized by high energy consumption, slow curing speed and high organic matter emission,it is difficult to meet the requirements of high efficiency coating process and environmental protection. UV-curing is an environmental friendly processing technology. Compared with traditional thermal curing, UV-curing has many advantages such as low energy consumption, low pollution, fast curing speed and good performance of products, which especially is suitable for high-speed coating of automatic production lines. In this paper, the technical characteristics and technological requirements of coil coatings, the development and research progress of UV-curing technology in coil coatings are described. The characteristics and main components of UV-curing coatings are discussed. The current problems and future development of UV curing are pointed out.
