健康视角下居民小区更新改造研究——以辽宁工程技术大学东区住宅为例

Research on the Renewal and Reconstruction of Residential Areas from the Perspective of Health——A Case Study of Residential Buildings in the Eastern District of Liaoning Technical University

小区生活空间是影响城市居民健康的重要场所。现阶段,国内城市老旧小区生态环境破坏日趋严重,居民健康水平受到影响。文章以辽宁工程技术大学东区住宅为例,采用现场调研方式,总结影响该小区人群健康的消极因素,绘制小区现状问题图、居民健康需求图,同时,为构建更新设计策略提供基础。从建筑立面、景观配套、交通空间和室外活动空间四个维度展开,模拟更新10处小区空间节点,并与更新前面貌对比展示,以期提高小区居民健康水平、改善小区人居环境的品质及优化小区健康更新改造。

The living space of residential community is an important place that affects the health of urban residents. At this stage, the destruction of the ecological environment of domestic urban old residential community and the decline in the health of residents are becoming more and more serious. Taking the residences in the eastern district of Liaoning Technical University as an example, we use onsite surveys to summarize the negative factors affecting the healthy life of the population in the current space of the community, draw a map of existing problems in the community and a classification map of current residents’ needs, and provide a basis for constructing an updated design strategy. From the four dimensions of building facade, landscape facilities, transportation space and outdoor activity space,10 community space nodes are updated and displayed in comparison with the updated front view, in order to improve the health level of residents in the residential community and improve the living environment of the residential community.
