在海绵城市实施过程中,全地下室住宅项目如果在规划和设计阶段考虑不全面,易出现植被成活率低、地下室顶板积水等诸多问题。文章以某全地下室住宅项目工程为例,分析梳理存在的相关典型问题,并提出相应解决措施。

In the implementation of sponge city, many problems may occur, such as low vegetation survival rate and basement roof ponding, if the full-basement housing project is not considered comprehensively in the planning and design stage. Taking a fullbasement housing project as an example, this paper analyzes and sorts out the existing typical problems and puts forward corresponding solutions.
