吉林省农村金融助力乡村振兴战略对策研究

Research on the Strategic Countermeasures of Rural Finance Promoting Rural Revitalization in Jilin Province

全面推进乡村振兴离不开金融的有力支撑。现阶段,吉林省农村金融综合改革试验取得了明显成效,但从实践中来看,仍存在着农村地区金融资源供需不匹配、农村信用体系不健全、涉农贷款服务机构建设不完备以及涉农金融产品种类较少等问题。应从积极培育农村资本市场、创新涉农金融产品、完善物权增信服务体系和强化信用信息基础设施建设等方面着手,继续深化吉林省农村金融综合改革试验,发挥金融对乡村振兴的支撑作用。

Comprehensively promoting rural revitalization is inseparable from the strong support of fi-nance.At this stage,the comprehensive reform experiment of rural finance in Jilin Province has achieved remarkable results,but in practice,there are still some problems,such as the mismatch between the supply and demand of financial resources in rural areas,the imperfect rural credit system,the incomplete construc-tion of agricultural loan service institutions,and the few types of agricultural financial products.We should continue to deepen the comprehensive reform experiment of rural finance in Jilin Province and give full play to the supporting role of finance in rural revitalization from the aspects of actively cultivating rural capital market,innovating agricultural financial products,improving the real right credit enhancement ser-vice system and strengthening the construction of credit information infrastructure.
