摘要 以原始状态和服役10^(5)h的T91/TP347H异种钢焊接接头为研究对象,开展580℃下不同加载速率的高温拉伸试验,基于试验结果,认为该接头对加载速率的敏感性高于母材,其力学性能受TP347H母材的影响更大;同时发现T91钢服役后的屈服极限和弹性模量均高于原始状态;建立了T91/TP347H异种钢焊接接头及母材的Ramberg-osgood模型,为工程应用提供理论支撑。 With T91/TP347H dissimilar steel welded joints(DSWJ)in original state and having been serving for 10^(5) h as the research object,the high temperature tensile tests at 580℃with different loading rates were carried out.According to the experimental data,it is concluded that the sensitivity of the joint to loading rate is higher than that of both base metals,and the mechanical properties of the joint is more affected by the TP347H base metal.At the same time,it is found that the yielding stress limit and elastic modulus of the T91 base metal after service are higher than those of the original state.The Ramberg-osgood models of T91/TP347H DSWJ and its base metals were established to provide theoretical support for engineering application.
