基于SNA的既有建筑节能改造主体合作影响因素研究

Research on Influencing Factors of Subject Cooperation of Existing Buildings Energy-Saving Renovation Based on SNA

为提高既有建筑节能改造主体合作效益,探索影响主体合作实现的关键因素及作用机理,基于多主体参与视角,采用社会网络分析法,以既有建筑节能改造主体合作影响因素作为网络节点、各因素之间的关联关系作为网络连线,基于调查问卷获取相关数据,构建既有建筑节能改造主体合作影响因素关系网络,使用Ucinet6.0软件进行网络中心性分析。结合点度中心性、中间中心性及接近中心性分析结果,识别既有建筑节能改造主体合作关键影响因素,从信任共识、风险共担、收益共享、政府引导等四个方面提出主体合作促进对策,为推动既有建筑节能改造市场高效有序发展提供参考。

In order to improve the subject cooperation efficiency of existing building energy-saving renovation,explore the key factors and mechanism that affect the realization of subject cooperation,based on the perspective of multi-agent participation,this paper uses the social network analysis method,takes the influencing factors of subject cooperative of existing buildings energy-saving renovation as the network nodes and the relationship among the influencing factors as the network connection,uses questionnaire to obtain relevant data.It constructs the influencing factors relationship network of subject cooperative of existing buildings energy-saving renovation,and uses Ucinet6.0 software to carry out network centrality analysis.Combining the analysis results of degree centrality,betweenness centrality,closeness centrality,it identifies the key influencing factors of subject cooperation of existing building energy-saving renovation,and proposes the subject cooperation promotion countermeasures from four aspects:trust consensus,risk sharing,revenue sharing and government guidance,and then it provides a reference for promoting the efficient and orderly development of existing buildings energy-saving renovation market.
