摘要
以北京奥林匹克森林公园为例,探析森林公园游客感知价值、满意度与环境责任行为的关系,通过构建感知价值对环境责任行为的理论模型,利用结构方程模型对理论模型进行了实践验证。研究结果表明:感知价值的各个测量维度对满意度均有显著正向影响,依据路径系数大小,影响程度依次是服务价值(0.27)、成本价值(0.23)、体验价值(0.16)、情感价值(0.16)、资源价值(0.12);感知价值的各个测量维度均(除情感价值)对环境责任行为有显著正向影响,依据路径系数大小,体验价值(0.20)对环境责任行为的影响程度最高,成本价值(0.19)、服务价值(0.19)与资源价值(0.12)次之;满意度(路径系数0.23)对环境责任行为具有显著正向影响。因此可通过增强游客对森林公园旅游活动的感知价值认知,进而提高森林公园旅游的满意度来激发游客自觉参与环境保护的能动性。
The article aims to explore the relationship among tourist perceived value,satisfaction and environmental responsibility behavior(ERB)in forest park.We built a tourist environmental responsibility behavior theory model,and applied structural equation model(SEM)to verify this theory model.The results show that all the variables of perceived value have a significant positive impact on satisfaction.According to the standardized regression weight,the descending orders of effect degree are service value(0.27),cost value(0.23),experience value(0.16),emotional value(0.16)and and resource value(0.12);All the variables of perceived value(except emotional value)have a significant positive impact on the ERB,according to the path coefficient,the experience value(0.20)has the highest impact on the ERB,followed by the cost value(0.19),service value(0.19)and resource value(0.12);Satisfaction(path coefficient=0.23)also has a significant positive impact on ERB.Therefore,it is necessary to enhance the initiative of tourists to consciously participate in environmental protection by enhancing tourist perceived value and satisfaction of forest park tourism.
