全民阅读助力乡村文化振兴的调查研究——基于鄂州市鄂城区6个乡镇的抽样调查

Investigation and Research on Nationwide Reading to Rural Culture Revitalization from the Perspective of Rural Revitalization

全民阅读活动是提升公民文化素养、增强公民文化自信的重要方式,是推进乡村文化振兴的重要抓手与着力点。当前乡村文化建设中全民阅读已取得积极成效,但存在阅读资源质量参差不齐、公民有效阅读难以实现、公共阅读设施尚不完善、阅读实效有待增强等突出问题。为充分发挥全民阅读对于推动乡村文化振兴的基础性和支撑性作用,需要从建设优质的阅读资源、增强阅读资源的针对性、完善阅读的基础设施、形成全民阅读的合力效应等方面大力推动全民阅读在乡村深入开展,从而为乡村全面振兴营造良好文化氛围,提供坚实价值支撑。

Nationwide reading is an important way to cultivate citizens cultural literacy and enhance their cultural self-confidence,and is an important point for promoting rural culture revitalization.At present,nationwide reading has achieved positive results in the construction of rural culture,but there are outstanding problems such as uneven quality of reading resources,difficulty in achieving effective reading,imperfect public reading facilities,and reading effectiveness.In order to play a better role of nationwide reading in promoting rural culture revitalization,it is necessary to building high-quality reading resources,enhancing the pertinence of reading resources,improving reading infrastructure,and forming a joint effect of nationwide reading.These can help to create a good cultural atmosphere and provide solid value support for the rural comprehensive revitalization.
