摘要
轴承座是电机中的重要部件,利用ANSYS Workbench软件建立轴承座的三维模型,基于有限元分析理论对轴承座进行了模态分析,分析完成后列出了轴承座的前6阶固有频率和振型,分析的结果对轴承座的结构设计改进、动力学分析及避免产生结构共振有较大意义。
The bearing block is an important component of electric machine.In this paper,a 3 D model of the bearing block is established through ANSYS Workbench software,the modal analysis of the bearing block is carried out based on element-finite analysis theory,and the first six order natural frequencies and vibration modes of the bearing block are presented after analysis.The analysis result of modal has a great significance for us to improve structural design of the bearing block,carry out dynamics analysis and avoid structural resonance.
