浅析影响锅炉炉水pH值的因素及处理措施

摘要 余热锅炉炉水pH值是锅炉运行时严格监控的参数,一旦锅炉炉水pH值超出正常范围,将给锅炉运行安全带来严重的后果。结合生产实际,对锅炉炉水pH值出现偏高或偏低的原因及其危害进行了简要分析,并提出了防范处理措施,以保证锅炉安全经济运行,从而防止事故的发生。 The pH value of waste heat boiler water is a strictly monitored parameter during boiler operation,once the pH value of boiler water exceeds the normal range,it will bring serious consequences to the safety of boiler operation.Combined with the production practice,the reasons for the high or low pH value of boiler water and its harm are briefly analyzed,and some preventive measures are put forward to ensure the safe and economic operation of the boiler,so as to prevent the occurrence of accidents.
