摘要
以工业化试验的方式对湿法制取三氧化二砷连续还原工艺进行了研究,通过对连通管链接方式、进气管方式、最大进液量及进气方式的研究,并确定最佳工艺条件,找到解决风管清理劳动量大、还原后成品颗粒细、干燥包装困难的方法,目的是解决湿法制砷还原工艺目前所面临的生产困境,同时为还原工序智能化改造提供条件。
The continuous reduction process of wet preparation of arsenic trioxide was studied by means of industrial test.Through the study of connecting pipe connection mode,inlet pipe mode,maximum liquid inlet volume and inlet mode,the best process conditions were determined,and the methods to solve the large amount of air duct cleaning labor,fine particles of finished products after reduction and difficult drying and packaging were found,The purpose is to solve the production difficulties faced by the reduction process of wet arsenic production,and provide conditions for the intelligent transformation of the reduction process.
