某冶炼烟气制酸项目净化工段仪表及控制设计

摘要 结合某冶炼烟气制酸项目,阐述了烟气制酸净化工段的工艺流程及主要自动控制策略,实现流程自动控制,在实际应用中取得较好的效果。另外通过实际项目应用阐述净化流程仪表设备选型要点及注意事项,为今后设计及应用提供参考。 Combined with a smelting flue gas sulphuric acid project,the process flow and main automatic control strategies of the flue gas sulphuric acid production purification section are described to realize automatic process control and achieve better results in practical applications.In addition,the key points and precautions for the selection of purification process instrumentation equipment are explained through actual project application,which provides reference for future design and application.
