从货装角度探寻贵冶降低铁路货车延时实践

摘要 受整体环境及经济变化影响,贵冶生产所需原料及产成品发运始终处于不均衡状态,其中铜精矿的集中到达最为突出,影响了贵冶专用铁路的装卸效率,使货车延时及延时费居高不下。为提升运输生产效率,进一步降低货车延时及延时费,贵冶从货装作业人员素养、铁运装卸信息化系统及装卸组织方式等三方面进行了细致分析,找到了影响铁路货车装卸作业效益进一步提升的关键因素。从货装角度,利用贵冶智能工厂系统建设应用为契机,就如何降低货车延时采取了相应举措。通过一段时期的实践,有效提高了贵冶铁路运输生产效率,降低了铁路货车延时、减少了货车延时费用。 Affected by changes in the overall environment and economy,the delivery of raw materials and finished products required by Guixi Smelter production has always been in an unbalanced state,among which the concentration of copper concentrate is the most prominent.It affects the loading and unloading efficiency of smelter's special railway and makes the freight train delay and delay cost remain high.In order to improve transportation production efficiency and further reduce freight train delay and delay cost,a detailed analysis has been made from three aspects of the quality of cargo handling personnel,the railway handling information system and the organization of loading and unloading.and the key factors affecting the further improvement of the efficiency of railway freight train loading and unloading are found.From the perspective of cargo loading,the author takes the opportunity of the intelligent factory system construction and application in Guixi Smelter to take corresponding measures on how to reduce truck delay.Through a period of practice,the production efficiency of railway transportation is effectively improved,the railway freight delay is reduced and the freight car delay cost is reduced as well.
