Research and Application of On-line Weighing System for SCR Continuous Casting and Rolling Production Line

结合SCR铜杆连铸连轧生产线产品称重计量实践,研究了SCR铜杆连铸连轧生产线称重计量磅差产生的原因,以及称重故障的影响因素,探讨了生产线称重系统的控制方法,通过设计在线称重系统,提高了称重计量的准确性,降低磅差投诉,为SCR连铸连轧生产线提质增效奠定了良好的基础。

Combined with the weighing and measuring practice of SCR copper rod continuous casting and rolling production,the factors influencing the weighing and measuring pound difference and weighing failure of SCR copper rod continuous casting and rolling production line are studied,and control method of the weighing system of production line is probed in this paper.By installing the on-line weighing device in the coiling and packing process and designing the on-line weighing system,the accuracy of weighing measurement is improved and the complaint of weight difference is reduced,which lays a good foundation for improving the quality and efficiency of SCR continuous casting and rolling production line.
