3种霍山产石斛茎HPLC指纹图谱对比研究

摘要 文章采用高效液相色谱仪(high performance liquid chromatography,HPLC)对全年12个月的霍山产霍山石斛、铁皮石斛、细茎石斛的甲醇提取物进行分析以建立HPLC指纹图谱,并对3种霍山产石斛茎的HPLC指纹图谱进行对比研究。结果表明:霍山石斛12个月的茎指纹图谱相似度在0.979~0.999之间,铁皮石斛12个月的茎指纹图谱相似度在0.986~0.999之间,细茎石斛12个月的茎指纹图谱相似度在0.457~0.992之间;3种石斛茎指纹图谱中有17个共有峰,其中1、2、6、8、16号共有峰峰强度具有显著性差异,同时细茎石斛在保留时间为8.12、16.55 min处存在特征色谱峰。3种石斛茎HPLC指纹图谱存在差异,可采用HPLC指纹图谱技术对3种石斛进行区别和鉴定。 In this paper,high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)was used to analyze the methanol extracts of Dendrobium huoshanense,Dendrobium officinale and Dendrobium moniliforme in twelve months of the year to establish HPLC fingerprints,and the HPLC fingerprints of the stems of three Dendrobium from Huoshan were compared.The results showed that the similarity of stem fingerprints of D.huoshanense in twelve months was 0.979-0.999,the similarity of D.officinale was 0.986-0.999,and the similarity of D.moniliforme was 0.457-0.992.There were 17 common peaks in the fingerprints of the three Dendrobium,among which 1,2,6,8,16 had significant differences in the intensity of common peaks,and the characteristic chromatographic peaks of D.moniliforme existed at the retention time of 8.12 min and 16.55 min.Three Dendrobium species can be distinguished and identified by HPLC fingerprint.
