2010—2020年高校实验室事故统计分析及对策研究

Study of the Statistical Analysis and Countermeasure of University Laboratory Accidents from 2010 to 2020

高校实验室是高校进行教学、科研的重要基地。通过对2010—2020年各高校发生的实验事故进行分析,发现在实验室事故中爆炸和火灾是两大主要类型,操作不当和线路老化是事故发生的主要原因。分别从落实安全管理责任、完善安全管理制度、开展实验室定期检查、实行试剂药品分类管理、加强安全培训教育、建立应急处理预案等6个方面提出应对实验室事故的对策,进而减少事故发生几率,为师生提供更安全的科研、教学实践环境。

University laboratories are important bases for teaching and scientific research in universities.This article analyzes the experimental accidents that have occurred in various universities from 2010 to 2020.It is found that explosions and fires are the main types of laboratory accidents.Analysis of the main causes of accidents shows that improper operation and aging of lines are the main causes of accidents.Respectively,from the implementation of safety management responsibilities,improving laboratory management systems,strengthening laboratory inspections and safety training and education,classification management of laboratory reagents and drugs,and establishing laboratory emergency response plans,the countermeasures and suggestions for laboratory accidents are proposed,in order to reduce the occurrence rate of accidents,and provide safe practical environment for scientific research and teaching.
